My career has been defined by seizing opportunities, tackling challenges, and driving growth. I began as a ship’s engineer, drawn to life at sea and the hands-on work of systems monitoring, maintenance planning, and at-sea problem-solving.
When the chance arose to apply these skills shoreside as a project manager, I took it. For nearly 20 years, I’ve collaborated with senior leaders on critical business initiatives, bringing strategic focus and operational efficiency.
The last 10 years in life sciences have been especially rewarding. I thrive in this space—energized by my colleagues, motivated by complex challenges, and driven by the mission to improve patients’ lives.
My ideal role is as an Associate Director/Director in Biologics Project Management, where I can drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment to deliver high-value programs. With a strong foundation in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC), Clinical Development, and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), I bring a business mindset to complex biologics projects—ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory milestones are met.
I’m passionate about protecting our democracy, advancing science, defending women’s rights, and building inclusive communities. In today’s political climate, I see it as my responsibility to apply the skills I’ve developed, clear communication, coalition-building, and strategic planning, to uphold democratic values and empower diverse voices. I’m ready to mobilize for impact where it matters most.
I’m seeking a role where I can lead with purpose—advancing life-changing therapies while championing equity, integrity, and impact both inside and outside the workplace.
