• Cultural (music) partner for 2006 Rotary Group Study Exchange from Italy
• Industry (maritime) partner for 2002 Rotary Group Study Exchange from Croatia

• Updated organizational Inclusion and Diversity Spotlight email series to a standardized, published enewsletter
• Covered Disability Month in our organizational Inclusion and Diversity emails
• Planned a Diversity Library for new corporate site
